People like her are perfectly fine erasing and rewriting definitions of words to erase people's experiences. For instance, she says racism HAS to be institutionalized for it to be racism otherwise it's just prejudice. She's erasing "systemic racism" and rewriting it to be the definition of racism, completely erasing the experiences of people who have been treated poorly by racists or experienced racism from individuals and saying, "oh that's not racist of them to deny you service or beat the shit out of you because you were born the wrong color, it's just prejudice". She's actually the epitome of the type of person she claims to hate, which makes sense because she really just seems to hate everything and everyone, including herself. Her complete and total lack of self-awareness is palpable

The question of 'whose land is it' is an interesting one. The girl wants to go with 'the people who were there first,' but she also seems to be operating under the delusion that the Amerindians were all one people, which they were very much not. There were hundreds of tribes, and that's just at the point the Europeans arrived, it doesn't count the tribes that went extinct or were absorbed into other tribes before that. Those tribes took land from each other all the time, so none of them has the grounds to call foul that a new tribe came and took it from them just because the new tribe came from further away than usual. The sad fact is that the answer to 'who owns this bit of land' is, fundamentally, whoever can take and hold it (which feels unfair because it smacks of might makes right, but that's the reality). Even in the modern day when we've gotten most national borders more or less established and recognized worldwide there are still groups trying to change them by force of arms and being prevented (sometimes) from doing so by force of arms. A very rare few try to stake their claim through politics, but even those generally have an armed contingent and/or are essentially just trying to convince some stronger group to either force whoever currently holds the territory to turn it over or make whoever's trying to take it from them leave them alone.

Amazing how she is completely oblivious to the option to find herself a good man, get married to him and thus, have two incomes to afford a place to live, etc. Then there is also the point that low-wage, entry-level jobs aren't meant to be the level you stay at until retirement. I'm part native American like a lot of people in the country, I did not grow up on a reservation or with the influence of native American beliefs. But from my understanding, even native Americans never claimed they owned the land, they lived with it and lived off of it but never did they claim ownership of it. There were not "the Indians" (or native Americans). There were dozens of separate nations, some of whom were peaceful, many of them were constantly warring. Much of the continent was not actually inhabited or claimed by any group of Indians. It wouldn't be stealing to acquire land that nobody was claiming as their own.
